TS – 3040 Vision Tool Pre-Setter
TS-3040 Tool Pre-Setter is the latest series of Vision Tool Pre-Setters. The measurement is automatic, Error free and accurate. The Machine Base is made out of Close Grained Cast Iron, thermally stabilised. The Column is of heat-treated Aluminium alloy. The axis movement is on Super Precision Lenear Ball Guides, grease Lubricated for life. Each axis contains Two Rails and Four Blocks for stable and error free movement. Axis movement is manual and pneumatically declamped by single button and fine movement is by Hand Knob. Axis measurement is by imported precision incremental coded optical lenear Scale and encoder. Spindle is mounted on super precision Spindle Bearings for the high accuracy and is grease lubricated for life. Tool Holder clamping is either Vacuum or Power clamping by Pneumatic Cylinder. Spindle Braking is provided for holding the spindle is position during adjustment of tool. Tool Image is displayed on the 12.1” Touch Screen Display. Image Processing System is imported from Germany. 1000 memory of Tool Data Storage is available in the system. The Tool Image can be anywhere on the screen and the dynamic cross hair is will take the position of the image and will give the measurement. Various Quick Adaptors such as ISO / BT/ HSK / VDI / CAPTO is offered. Front illumination for Inspection of Tool Tip, Thermal Label Printer for Printing Tool measurement is also offered as optional. Test Mandrel and the Machine cabinet are offered as a standard. Data Transfer facility is provided with RS232 and USB ports.
